Other tracks such as Account Management, Product Management, Professional Services, or Training may also apply.Product: CounselLink Family of Products, including but not limited to Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Teams Collaboration (Ask Legal), and other related products sold by the CounselLink Sales Teams.Market experience: Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical, financial services, retail, technology, and/or property & casualty insurance markets.The Sales Solution Architect is a technically minded sales professional who:
- Understands that the goal is to increase sales by solving business problems for customers;
- Sells services or software, or both, to address those problems;
- Enhances credibility for both the Seller and LexisNexis, as well as the value of our products;
- Communicates and demonstrates supported software within the context of the Customer Experience, including features, benefits, configuration, and data setup for optimal application and reporting;
- Works independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to documentation and supporting team success;
- Understands SaaS technologies, can interpret SOC reports, and explain controls and hosting services to customers;
- Collaborates across departments to understand product use in real-world scenarios, providing insights into how products solve customer problems beyond basic features;
- Partners with sales and proposal teams to respond to RFPs,
RFIs, and security questionnaires, translating technical knowledge
into written responses, coordinating with Proposal Managers;Other
responsibilities:
- Deep technical knowledge of the product portfolio to support demonstrations and build proof of concept tools;
- Conducts product release training for internal and external clients;
- Participates in trainings and meetings to stay updated on products and contribute to product development insights;
- Interacts with various teams to influence product offerings and market positioning, including representing products at industry events and conferences;
- Expected travel: Up to 25-30% annually for team meetings,
