Job Description Job Description Electrical Department Supervisor 1st Shift • Mon–Fri • $30–$35/HR Steel?toed boots required About the Role Lead a small electrical team building and wiring industrial surface?finishing equipment. Hands?on role with daily task coordination, troubleshooting, and quality oversight. What You’ll Do Lead electrical assembly, wiring, and testing Assign tasks keep builds on schedule Read/interpret schematics & panel layouts Ensure NEC/OSHA compliance Work with engineering & mechanical teams Support installs/startups (occasional travel) Train techs maintain documentation Manage tools, test equipment, and inventory What You Bring 5 yrs industrial electrical experience 2 yrs supervisor or lead role Strong PLC/VFD/motor control knowledge (Allen?Bradley preferred) Panel building machine wiring experience Ability to read electrical schematics Master Electrician/CEC preferred Company Description Staffing experts dedicated to finding you the job you have been looking for.
