Job Description Job Description: - Outpatient Internal Medicine - Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients - Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 - 15-18 patients per day - No hospital responsibilities Compensation and Benefits: - Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock - 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings - Bonus up to 40k first year - Malpractice, - $5,000 relocation - 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program Community: - Kissimmee is a beautiful, family-friendly community with direct access to all of Orlando's attractions as well as easy access to both Florida coasts.Requirements: - BC/BE required - Full license - Spanish bilingual required
