As a whole, our goal for the Entry-level Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is properly executed, you will be allowed to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months. General Responsibilities of the Entry-level Management Trainee: Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships Track market and campaign performance and review data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis Assist in hiring, training, and developing the company’s new hires
