Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in St.Petersburg, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Spa is nothing other than outstanding ! Responsibilities: Meet membership sales goals. Attend all Membership Training/webinars. Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff. Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa. Manage spa sales performance. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships. Capable of working flexible hours. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Bring a positive and energetic attitude. Qualifications: Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required Must be 18 years old or older Must be exceptionally organized and have excellent attention to detail Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Management experience 2 years (preferred) Sales experience 3years
