Submit your application today by clicking the Apply button.Position Description: The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working and reliable (non CDL) Off Road Drivers for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous vacation pay and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.As an Off Road Driver, you will operate a dump truck, loading and hauling material around the job site in a safe manner. To be successful in this position, you must have a valid driver's license, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks throughout the day.Off Road Driver Responsibilities:Drive dump truck and load/haul material around the jobsite in a safe manner.Operate heavy equipment such as Roller, Sweeper, Water Truck, Skid Steer on an as-needed basis.Perform daily inspections / maintenance of assigned truck.Perform manual labor as necessary on the job site.Follow all health and safety guidelines.The Briar Team is EEOC and Drug Free Workplace compliant.
