Job Description Job Description Insurance Defense ATtorney Title: Associate Department: Insurance Defense Litigation Reports To: Litigation Practice Leadership Location: Orlando, FL FLSA Status: Exempt Employment Status: Full-time Compensation Range: 140,000-200,000 Position Summary: A respected, long-standing civil litigation firm in Orlando, Florida is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the chance to work on a steady flow of complex matters while taking meaningful responsibility for case strategy, client communication, and courtroom advocacy. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Florida and should have experience handling insurance defense matters from initial investigation through resolution. Experience in premises liability and automobile litigation is strongly preferred and will be viewed as a significant plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing an active caseload, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and working directly with clients, carriers, and experts.
