Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent
Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join our
reputable and high-performing legal team. This is a unique
opportunity for an individual with a passion for litigation and a
deep understanding of the insurance industry to play a pivotal role
in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible
for handling insurance defense cases from inception to resolution,
providing top-notch legal counsel, and representing our clients in
a range of insurance-related matters. This role requires a strong
command of insurance defense, personal injury protection (PIP),
first party property, and construction defect cases.
Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance
defense, personal injury protection (PIP), first party property,
and construction defect. Develop and implement effective litigation
strategies to achieve successful resolution of cases. Conduct
thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on various
insurance-related matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex
legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings,
mediations, and arbitrations. Provide legal advice to clients
regarding risk exposure, claim management, and policy
interpretation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,
and industry trends related to insurance defense. Collaborate with
team members to ensure a consistent and high quality of legal
service is provided to all clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed
attorney in good standing with the Florida state bar. A minimum of
2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with
specific experience in PIP, first party property, and construction
defect cases. Proven track record of successfully managing a
diverse caseload. Exceptional legal research, analytical,
negotiation, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of
insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends. High degree of
professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent problem-solving
skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong interpersonal
skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
