Key Responsibilities
Guide the technical vision and roadmap for the Database
Infrastructure
Grow and manage a team of talented infrastructure engineers
Ensure reliable and efficient infrastructure operations and
collaborate with leaders to build new features
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Extensive experience managing large databases at scale in complex
environments
Experience with high scale distributed systems used by tens or
hundreds of millions of users
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams across
multiple functions
Passion for coaching and developing engineers while also engaging
in technical problem-solving
