Interventional Radiologist Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified interventional radiologists are invited to bring minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 2nd floor. As outpatient IR volumes continue to shift from hospitals, this is a timely opportunity to gain equity ownership in a premium, purpose-built facility while maintaining your independent practice and referral base.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: venous access procedures, embolization, biopsies, drainage procedures, vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, uterine fibroid embolization, and other eligible outpatient IR procedures.

Ideal for a board-certified interventional radiologist with established referral relationships and case volume within 1 hour of Greater Orlando who wants premium equipment, better scheduling, and meaningful equity ownership in a physician-governed ASC.
