Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy
Clinical Lead for our Rehabilitation Hospital in Largo, Florida.
This position is essential to our healthcare and medical services
department, aimed at delivering exceptional care to our patients.
As the Clinical Lead, you will manage the occupational therapy
department, coordinating and implementing therapy programs that
cater to the individual needs of our patients. You will work
closely with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, doctors, and
nursing staff to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
Your role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations,
developing effective treatment plans, and monitoring departmental
performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

an individual with a strong leadership background, at least 5 years
of occupational therapy experience, and a minimum of 2 years in a
supervisory role. A Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a
valid OT license are required. Lead and manage the occupational
therapy department in a rehabilitation hospital. Coordinate and
implement therapy programs tailored to patient needs. Foster a
collaborative environment among therapists, doctors, and nursing
staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Deliver high-quality patient care through effective
treatment plans. Monitor department performance and drive
