Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Gainesville, FL Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $842 to $1,042 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA working in a skilled nursing facility in Gainesville, FL. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required for submission and to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Ability to work a 4x8 days schedule, 5 days per week and meet a 32-hour weekly guarantee as required by the client. Willingness to follow facility protocols and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Schedule: 4x8 days; PTA required 5 days/week with a 32-hour guarantee. Assignment length: 13 weeks (approximate). State license requirement: Must hold an active Florida PTA license for submission.
