This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and development, preparing you to excel in a dynamic healthcare environment. Residents will be immersed in various clinical settings, receiving hands-on experience coupled with educational and professional support to ensure a successful transition into the nursing profession. Participate actively in all training sessions, skills workshops, and rounds. Provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of senior staff. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to all compliance requirements. Engage in reflective practice and continuous learning to further develop professional skills. Strong clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain prior to commencement. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at start.
