Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Location: Oak Hill Address: 11375 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville FL 34613 Floor: 3 south - PCU Building: south tower Department 63011 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): - Number of Beds - 46 - Number of Staff – 88 - Type of staff: - Day Shift – ! CNC, 11 RN, 5 PCT, 1 US - Night Shift – 1 CNC, 11 RN, 5 PCT - Patient Ratios – 1:4-5 ( sometimes 6) - Type of equipment – BIPAP- PRN, PCA pumps, Tube feeding, woundvacs - EMR – Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - PCU experience - ACLS - Willingness to Float - Positive Attitude Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - Cardiac drips no titration , post- Heart Cath, Abdominal surgery, post-ops with PCA pumps - Any post- surgical needing 3-4 hours monitoring Best personality Fit: - Great with customer service
