This role involves overseeing multiple crews and ensuring project execution aligns with company standards.The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, highly driven, with expertise in job pricing, monitoring production, and managing FP & Light projects.This position is based in Florida.What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Transmission Group for efficient operations.
• Oversee and monitor production across multiple crews.
• Develop and price transmission construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with FP & Light contract structures.
• Drive performance and efficiency to meet company goals.What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in heavy transmission construction.
  • Strong financial skills, with experience in FP & Light projects.
  • Ability to accurately price and manage jobs.
