Creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in creative strategy development and influence campaign
direction through design insights
Design performance-driven visual assets for organic and paid media
that align with client goals
Mentor junior designers and contribute to brainstorming sessions to
ensure alignment with performance insights
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio
showcasing strategic design solutions
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Premiere and
After Effects
Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand
identity
Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate
data-driven insights into creative solutions
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment
