and evolving organization. Responsibilities of the Controller:
Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely
financial reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls to
safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and
reports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate the budgeting
and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support
strategic decision-making. Oversee cash flow management, including
monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs. Collaborate
with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and
ensure compliance with tax regulations. Provide leadership and
guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of
accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. What
the company needs in a Controller : Bachelors degree in Accounting
or similar 5 years accounting experience Sage experience ()
Intercompany transaction experience Attention to detail and strong
organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
